BANKPLUS RECOGNIZED FOR SUCCESS OF CHECKCARD PROGRAM

Jackson, Miss.——A celebration was held on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Children’s of Mississippi to commemorate the naming of the BankPlus Community Room and applaud the remarkable success of the BankPlus Friends of Children’s Hospital CheckCard program.

Through the revenue generated from the BankPlus Friends of Children’s Hospital CheckCard program, we take tremendous pride in sharing that a special area in the Kathy and Joe Sanderson Tower at Children’s of Mississippi has been named the BankPlus Community Room. This designation symbolizes the role of BankPlus as a key supporter within the children’s hospital, enabling Children’s of Mississippi to enhance the quality of care and improve the overall experience for patients and their families.

In the last year alone, BankPlus has demonstrated its commitment to Mississippi’s children by donating $420,080 to Friends of Children’s Hospital as a direct result of the program. This remarkable accomplishment truly exemplifies the power of a community coming together for a common cause.
